About a decade after the Cold War ended, the USA military and other government agencies, such as the CIA, decided scrutiny from gov't legislators, and citizens using FOIA was a thorn in their side, and moved to shift Remote Viewing (RV) to the private sector under (secret) Black Ops.
In 1997, Remote Viewing training of civilians (in the USA) began. I was introduced to Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) in 1999, and Extended Remote viewing (ERV) in 2002, through the teachings of now Dr. David Morehouse. His methods are under copyright. It is not unusual to expect practice of the skill makes one more adept! But what is curious is that your other predispositions to other paranormal abilities are heightened. Telepathy, precognition, and sometimes psychokinesis also become heightened.
What's paranormal in the 3rd density is normal in the fourth density. In essence your aperture to the fourth density starts opening during the RV training, and side abilities, especially telepathy (mind-to-mind communication), are experienced.
